Settled for the last twenty years in Margaux, in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region, Gaëlle Benoiste-Pilloire regularly organises meals for wine estate events. Chef Gaëlle offers a high quality selection of homemade dishes, with a particular focus on food and wine pairings. G.B.P. utilises a wide range of local, seasonal, organic, and protected designation of origin products. All the bread served is organic. She adapts her cooking for every possible taste and dietary requirement: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-intolerant... Groups can book the "private table" with a week's notice (only one group can be catered for at any one time). From the "private table" to the cooking classes, visitors are invited to step behind the scenes, and learn more about the chef's expertise and professional techniques.

In the kitchens of the gastronomic Le Savoie restaurant, there is a mild, warm atmosphere: the fragrances wafting out of the kitchen are truly exceptional! At Philippe Vilet's restaurant, taste some of the Médoc's finest products in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The Margaux restaurant's menu is seasonal, with ingredients sourced from the local market: line caught eels and bass, rack of lamb, turbot, foie gras, truffles and duck breast... "Bistro" and traditional menus are available, as well as a fine selection of chef's specials. At the restaurant's wine bar, you can choose from an excellent list, including some wonderful vintages from the Margaux appellation and hundreds of other references.

The Presque-isle of the Médoc, with its mild, languorous atmosphere, cradled between the Atlantic and the estuary, is home to a number of exceptional restaurants. At the gastronomic île Vincent restaurant, take a sensorial plunge into a warm, hospitable world of uniquely refined flavours and delicious local specialities. Here, the chef concentrates the flavours of traditional, seasonal ingredients into exquisite creations, offered alongside some of the region's best known wines: Château Margaux, Château Latour, Mouton-Rothschild… A rich, varied menu, bringing together some of Bordeaux region's best vintages. The tasting room, located in a former winery, was conceived in the image of the restaurant's classic, audacious cuisine: a perfect, prestigious setting for exquisite sensory experiences.
