Christian Tran and his wife Laëtitia have added their own personal touch to this traditional butcher-delicatessen: a catering service offering a delicious range of Asian specialities.

Born in Ho Chi Minh City, Christian Tran's exotic cuisine is an absolute delight. He is also a strong advocate both for the region (he spent his childhood in Parempuyre) and for his profession (he was named best apprentice in France in 1993, and is a member of the Compagnons du Goût artisan butcher's federation).

Naturally, his shop is filled with local Medoc specialities: the legendary grenier medocain, fine cuts of meat for kitchen and barbecue alike, and a rotisserie on Sundays... alongside a select few Asian dishes.
